Giuliani told Peter Jennings he was warned the WTC was going to collapse. Many would like to know who gave him that warning AND why he didn't pass it along to the rescue workers who were subsequently killed when the building DID collapse. Rudy later decided to say (On the record) that he had NOT been warned and his press secretary implied people were just 'making it up'.
